Face and Embrace Yourself
Our emotions, no matter how positive or negative, we must learn to embrace them. Why should we accept them? They are the keys to learning about ourselves. Poetry is my form of personal therapy. When it comes to love, anxiety, happiness, fear, lost, gratitude and other emotions, I find that it is easier to express them in written word. Take my hand and come on this journey with me.
