Mystic Pool

"Mystic Pool" is a 9inx15in mixed media piece made from wood, resin, acrylic paint, and preserved moss. It has a glass jar with a top that twists off that allows you to turn on and off the color changing led tea light inside.
This leave also comes with a poem written by me that was inspired by the art.
"Stare too long into the mystic pool and you'll find yourself a fool
A lover caught under a spell from which you'll never cool
This bubbly oasis filled with iridescent sparkles will draw you to its core
Dragging you down among the unfortunate souls it's foamy swamps have longed for
So beware don't stare too long unless you have a wish to travel
To make a home among the moss and stones that are filled with those who were dazzled"
